OCD is triggered due to breach of trust. It has two clear components a) obsessive thoughts b) compulsive thoughts. Compulsive thoughts are the one, which trigger in our mind on its own and we have poor control on their arrival in our conscious mind. We all have such thoughts all the time due to disturbance in emotional body but since mind is balanced, as normal person, we are able to control them and focus on normal life. However it is an effort. When intensity and periodicity of such compulsive thoughts become higher and reach a critical mass, they turn obsessive and our control on them is now very fragile.

Love like breathing is an autonomous process and is an innate process for all living being. Our search for love, in essence, is search for our own self. It somewhere begins with our adolescence age around the time when we discover our identity with advent of sexual energy. It is a time, when we begin to realize we are not our parents and this pushes us harder to think of our future and survival. There is tremendous curiosity towards future which is a journey into unknown and it is triggered by sexuality and not spirituality. There is enough sense of realization that parents are base and roots but not the branches and flowers. Having grown with love and care and being accepted for what we are, suddenly, around this age, we feel being left alone.
Dementia is a state of mind where our consciousness loses reference to the present moment and drowns into the past. This happens to all of us all the time, but however in case of dementia, need to come back to present moment is not felt by mind as strongly as felt by normal people who are focused on survival. Are we saying as our need to survive( not to be taken as need to live) goes down, we begin to drown into the memories which we pushed under during our younger days and live in them? Is this lack of vision for future that we turn to past? is it lack of hope? or is it lack of usefulness which men ( and now more women) begin to experience after they are no more productive or have a need to be productive economically or socially or personally?
Consciousness and health have direct relationship. Bigger the consciousness, better the health. As we begin to turn sick, our consciousness shrinks and if your consciousness is shrinking, be alert, you are likely to attract sickness soon. As disease begins to cripple us down, our focus begins to turn only about our pain or suffering and we have almost no other thought or emotion outside this suffering.
When we are constantly trying to please people and do not express our own self, we squeeze our space. Our expression is our truth. It could be just a small desire and truth does not have to something as exotic as who is God. Hence when we have a wish or desire or need like: new clothes; food; watching TV instead of studying and we feel constrained to express, it triggers self pity.
Stress is the most common phenomenon and even our children are also coming under stress. What is stress? Stress is a state where you feel you are handling more than you have the capacity to deal with. It means your stable system which you never had to think about, needs some more energies to keep itself stable.
I was depressed all the time. I felt lonely even with a whole crowd around me, craved for love from someone else and began hating everything about myself including the way I looked. I developed a huge inferiority and it began to show in my work, and as a designer, if there is no quality in your work: then you are nothing. I slowly became unproductive, destructive and angry.
