Sample Report – How to Monitor Progress After Workshop

Here is the report sent by one of the participant, 10 days after doing the workshop. It is very good sample to learn how to track your own growth. Science of Life is an evolutionary process which brings transformation gradually and yet, your blocks, disease disappear in a moment as you reach critical mass ( tipping point).

Report:

On Hunting

1. On Mom’s issue –

Did it some 6 times and every time I got stuck at an episode… me some 2+ yrs old, standing along the door of the room where my mom is sitting with my brother in her lap (my bro is 1.5 yrs younger to me) waiting to be acknowledged… for long I stood there till my dad came and picked me up…

Feeling of abandonment is very very strong here… I am still having tears in my eyes while writing this…

Before and after this event I can almost see things as a movie with detachment state… …there are certain other issue related to my Mom’s current behavior which I will list down sometime later as I am not focusing on them as of now…

Reply (Naveen): If you go to that 2+ old girl in hunting and just stay there and keep feeling her…each day… each moment type… this will unlock. This abandonment is reflected in your love relationship as well. At appropriate time, Shaiyana will heal this emotion at soul level from past lives.

2. On my last love relationship –

Did it for 3 days… the relationship had not been closed properly as he stopped calling me as soon as his marriage got fixed where as a day before he was telling me that we will get married. 3.5 yrs of beautiful relationship came to an end abruptly… All my efforts to move on didn’t help much as I used to miss belonging to someone…
Now after doing hunting I have reached to a level where the “lovers love” has converted to “motherly love” for him… I do miss belonging to someone but not seeking him for that anymore…

REPLY (Naveen): Observe when this mother’s love also disappears and then you are out of it and ready to move on. as of now, you are ok with it and do nothing about this case. we need focus on abandonment. Run through hunting from 0 to 7 age group as well..

On Fishing

1. Had not been regular with this one. Now back in Hyd so will get time to do it daily…

2. Today while doing it in the morning I had weird experience of in body & out of body – I could see myself sleeping with no awareness of body and then suddenly getting into the body feeling cold… this happened twice…

REPLY(Naveen): this is rather mystical than weird. needs gratitude here

On Breathing

1. Doing it regularly for 20 to 40 minutes… mix and match of

a. holding the breath – goes well… sometimes fall asleep, sometimes feel very very fresh…

b. focusing on tip of the nose – sensation only in left leg (lower foot area)… no sensation in right foot (except knee pain)

c. focusing on the pain area on knee – goes well too… actually very faint pain is felt while lying down (its more while walking, climbing up or down)… that heavy voice says the same thing every time I do that… as a matter of fact I am noticing that my whole right leg is swelled a bit…

REPLY(Naveen): while at work, start taking few shots of tip of nose… both legs need to get sensation and it will happen…

General Well-being

1. My sleep pattern has improved. I am able to sleep by 12:30 instead of 3 in the night…
2. My mood swings are showing improvement
3. I am able to express myself more though need to learn to be more direct than being indirect
4. Compulsion to reaching out to people is getting reduced… though I feel the lack of human interaction but not feeling that jittery…

REPLY(Naveen): as you turn intimate with self…you would need to explore your sexuality and as you get comfortable with it, being jittery or search for human interaction will go down… you are on the way…

Concern Areas

1. My motivation and focus on work has reduced drastically… not feeling motivated to apply for jobs also which I used to do regularly earlier…
2. Thought of having a companion comes with negative thoughts that it’s not going to happen for me, I will never ever be loved…
3. Having apathy towards getting ready properly… not touched the eyeliner, lipstic etc for past 10 days, kharcha kam ho jayega 😀 :D…

4. Having apathy towards food… not eating proper meals, except breakfast… though feel hungry but dont feel like eating..

REPLY(Naveen): all of it is transitory… this phase will go away as well soon as you persist with your practice.
